Welcome! My name is Bob Power and I am the president of SIGNATURE HOMES.
SIGNATURE HOMES does all types of construction projects, small and large. From custom homes, high end additions and renovations,
to home repairs and odd jobs, my company does it all: large and small additions, kitchen and bath remodeling, porches and decks, basement remodeling -
you name it, I've done it.
I am a Massachusetts Licensed Construction Supervisor and Registered Home Improvement Contractor. I am fully insured and
EPA Lead Paint Renovation certified. I always use licensed and insured subcontractors on larger projects.
I have been a builder in suburban Massachusetts for over 30 years. I began building after graduating from college with a BS in
Business Management.
SIGNATURE HOMES is a design-build company. I can provide you with the design services you need to turn your ideas into a working plan,
producing CAD drawings and written specifications for your project to communicate your wishes in a clear, concise, and professional format.
With this design work in hand you will have a smooth transition into the bidding and contracting stages knowing exactly what your project will include
